Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form the basis of the relationship between you (the customer) and RiderCamTV Tours Ltd (“RiderCamTV Tours Ltd”, “we”, “our”, “us”). When you confirm a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please make sure you read them carefully before placing a booking, as they govern your attendance on our motorcycle tours and associated travel arrangements worldwide.
Terminology
In these Terms:
“You” / “Your” / “Customer” = the individual(s) making the booking and/or participating in the tour
“Tour” = the motorcycle tour you have selected and purchased from our website or via direct contact
“RiderCamTV Tours Ltd” / “we” / “us” / “our” = RiderCamTV Tours Ltd, the organiser and operator of the tour
Booking Procedure
All tours are sold on a “first paid, first confirmed” basis.
To create a confirmed reservation you must:
1) complete the booking form in full; and
2) pay the required deposit in full.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the deposit clears into our account.
Deposits, Payment of Balance & Failed Payments
Deposits
– a deposit is required per individual participant
– all deposits are strictly non-refundable
– no booking is confirmed until the deposit is received and cleared
Balance Payments
– the remaining balance for your tour is due no later than 10 weeks prior to the first day of your tour
– payment must be made via bank transfer in GBP (British Pounds Sterling)
Failed Payments
If payment does not reach us by the required deadline — we reserve the right to cancel your place and retain all monies paid.
Customer Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted to RiderCamTV Tours Ltd in writing via email.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you cancel after paying your balance:
– more than 10 weeks before the tour: deposit retained, balance may be refunded
– 10 weeks or less before the tour: no refund on any monies paid
Operator Cancellations
If RiderCamTV Tours Ltd must cancel a tour for reasons within our control you will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund of all monies paid.
RiderCamTV Tours Ltd is not liable for any consequential cost such as flights, accommodation, transport, lost earnings, or third-party expenses.
Itinerary Changes
RiderCamTV Tours Ltd may amend routes, timings, mileage, overnight stops, activities, and daily schedules as reasonably necessary due to road conditions, weather, closures, safety concerns, or any other operational requirement.
Medical, Fitness & Participation Requirements
By booking with RiderCamTV Tours Ltd, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in a multi-day motorcycle tour and capable of riding a motorcycle safely.
Motorcycles & Riding Requirements
RiderCamTV Tours Ltd does not supply motorcycles.
You are solely responsible for providing your own road-legal motorcycle for the tour or arranging your own motorcycle rental independently.
Insurance
RiderCamTV Tours Ltd strongly recommends that all participants obtain suitable travel insurance, however this is not mandatory.
Rider Risk Acceptance & Liability
Participation in any motorcycle tour involves inherent risk.
You voluntarily accept these risks.
Personal Conduct
All participants must comply with local traffic laws.
Accommodation, Meals & Tour Inclusions
Different tours may include different elements.
Unless an item is explicitly stated as “included” you should assume it is not included.
Pricing
All tour prices are denominated in GBP.
Tour Media
Unless you object in writing before the tour, you grant us a worldwide licence to use tour media for marketing.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Complaints during the tour must be raised with the tour leader at the earliest opportunity.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England & Wales.
Data Protection
We only collect, store, and process personal data necessary for booking administration.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and RiderCamTV Tours Ltd.
